These General Conditions of Sale, hereinafter, General Conditions that regulate the process of buying and selling the products of SON DAGUETA SL, hereinafter Bodega CAN FELIU, on the website www.canfeliu.es, from now on the website.<\/p>

The General Conditions bind BODEGA CAN FELIU, and the buyer, hereinafter, the Client, granting them a series of rights and obligations, from the moment the latter places and accepts an order through the Website. They are mandatory and known by both parties, so their express acceptance by the Client is essential to be able to formalize an order. The Customer must carefully read these conditions.<\/p>

BODEGA CAN FELIU with fiscal name Son Dagueta SL, provided with CIF B-57171118 and registered office at C\/ Cam\u00ed de Sa Serra KM. 1,2 (07260) Balearic Islands \u2013 Spain. Registered in the Mercantile Registry of Palma Volume 1946, Folio 72 and Page PM-42332 is the owner of the page www.canfeliu.es which can be accessed from countries and other territories where alcohol consumption is legal and by people who can legally consume alcoholic beverages.\u00a0<\/p>

The Customer is any user of the Website who places an order and accepts it. In order to buy, the Customer must provide all the information requested. The Client declares that all the information provided in the purchase process is complete, truthful and up-to-date. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy and in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website.<\/p>

The purchase of the products implies full and unreserved acceptance of the General Conditions, as well as the provisions of the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website.<\/p>
