These General Conditions of Sale, hereinafter, General Conditions that regulate the process of buying and selling the products of SON DAGUETA SL, hereinafter Bodega CAN FELIU, on the website www.canfeliu.es, from now on the website.

The General Conditions bind BODEGA CAN FELIU, and the buyer, hereinafter, the Client, granting them a series of rights and obligations, from the moment the latter places and accepts an order through the Website. They are mandatory and known by both parties, so their express acceptance by the Client is essential to be able to formalize an order. The Customer must carefully read these conditions.

Registered in the Mercantile Registry of Palma Volume 1946, Folio 72 and Page PM-42332 is the owner of the page www.canfeliu.es which can be accessed from countries and other territories where alcohol consumption is legal and by people who can legally consume alcoholic beverages. 

 

The Customer is any user of the Website who places an order and accepts it. In order to buy, the Customer must provide all the information requested. The Client declares that all the information provided in the purchase process is complete, truthful and up-to-date. PRODUCTS

Each product has a file with its description and its sale price with VAT.

DELIVERY TIMES FOR ORDERS AND SHIPPING COSTS

All our products are processed once payment has been verified, within a maximum period of 72 hours, excluding weekends and holidays according to the work calendar that corresponds to the address of Bodega Can FELIU.

RETURNS

No changes or refunds are allowed.

Bodega CAN FELIU reserves the right to make, at any time, changes and updates to the Website, its contents, availability and presentation, as well as these conditions of sale, prices and expenses.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These General Conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law. 

The Client submits to the jurisdiction and competence of the Courts and Tribunals of Manacor - Spain, for the resolution of any question that may arise in relation to it.
