These General Conditions of Sale, hereinafter, General Conditions that regulate the process of buying and selling the products of SON DAGUETA SL, hereinafter Bodega CAN FELIU, on the website www.canfeliu.es, from now on the website.
The General Conditions bind BODEGA CAN FELIU, and the buyer, hereinafter, the Client, granting them a series of rights and obligations, from the moment the latter places and accepts an order through the Website. They are mandatory and known by both parties, so their express acceptance by the Client is essential to be able to formalize an order. The Customer must carefully read these conditions.

Registered in the Mercantile Registry of Palma Volume 1946, Folio 72 and Page PM-42332 is the owner of the page www.canfeliu.es which can be accessed from countries and other territories where alcohol consumption is legal and by people who can legally consume alcoholic beverages.
The Client declares to be of legal age and to be in any case fully qualified and authorized to contract in accordance with the legislation that is applicable to him, and to assume the commitments of these General Conditions, either for himself or on behalf of the company or entity that, if applicable, indicates, represents or in whose interest it acts.
Through the Website, purchases are allowed anywhere in the world, without prejudice to the particular customs and transport conditions of each country.
Each product has a file with its description and its sale price with VAT.
The final price of the products is the one that appears on the Website at the time the order is placed, once a method of payment and place of delivery have been established.

These General Conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law.
The Client submits to the jurisdiction and competence of the Courts and Tribunals of Manacor - Spain, for the resolution of any question that may arise in relation to it.
